Sullivan, Andy and Heather

Andy and Heather Sullivan are South African born missionaries. They joined ZEMA in 2008 after Andy had served on the Field Council for a number of years. They had been the pastoral couple in four Baptist Union Churches for 25 years before joining ZEMA.

Andy and Heather ministered in Eswatini (Swaziland) for six years before moving back to South Africa to serve as the administrator of ZEFA (Zion Evangelical Fellowship of Africa). As the ZEFA administrator, the Sullivans travelled extensively visiting church groups for a number of years focusing on leadership training and church development among Zionist church leaders.

The Sullivans retired in 2024 but remain actively involved with ZEMA assisting as assistant administrator of ZEFA and helping out in other ministries, such as teaching at local Bible Schools on behalf of ZEMA.

Heather sadly passed away on the 10 June 2025 after a short illness.  Although Andy has retired as a ZEMA missionary he is eager to continue serving the Lord through ZEMA wherever and whenever he finds the opportunities. As a retired Baptist pastor Andy has many invitations to preach and uses these opportunities to promote the work of ZEMA.
