This year has been a very eventful year for the Swart family as there was many opportunities for ministry. Nozipho was doing a lot of translation work for various institutions in getting their notes into Isizulu.

The biggest events were our couples get together in February where we went to the home of one of our members and spent great time in fellowship and helping many understand how to build in their marriages. One of the men during the session said that he felt for the first time in his life that he has not understood how to treat a woman correctly and now want to change his ways in respecting his wife and listening to her instead of the other way around, Praise God!

I was also very involved with our local church this year in helping our leadership transition after we lost our pastor and one of our associates had to take over his responsibilities. It has been a challenging one in that there were issues which developed around the associate pastor that lead us into more turmoil in the church. This eventually led me to quit my role as elder from the church.

Teaching at ZEBS and Mukhanyo Bible schools have been a joy as many people have come to know Christ better and continue their studies of the Word of God.

My wife also became the new church Administrator in August and has been a great help to the leadership in this difficult year trying to stabilize the church and making sure the paperwork gets done well. Please pray for us as we seek God for our future involvement and how best God can use us there.
