Josie Praytor is a senior at Moody Bible Institute, planning to graduate with a degree in Communications in December, 2026. Her hope and prayer is to use her training in writing and theology to encourage Christ’s church and to proclaim His beauty and glory to the souls He puts in her path. She is eager to see where the Lord will continue to lead her after graduation when she and her fiancé get married and continue to seek the Lord’s guidance side by side.

Josie discovered ZEMA through Moody while seeking an internship to fulfill her graduation requirements. ZEMA’s passion for God’s word and heart for bringing that word to the local community drew Josie to the ministry. For the past several years, God has placed Africa on Josie’s heart, and she is so grateful for this opportunity to serve with ZEMA as her internship. Josie will spend four weeks in Johannesburg, hosted by the Seelhammers and serving alongside them. She will meet with local believers to hear their testimonies of God’s work in their lives through His word, so she can write these stories for publication on ZEMA’s website and for sharing with ZEMA partners around the globe.
