2022 has been a year of challenge, uncertainty, loss, despair, and humiliation.
We’ve seen and experienced loss of life, possessions, and homelessness due to the April flooding in KZN.
We’ve cried with those affected by domestic violence and intimate partner murders.
We see the challenges faced by civil society and business face due to rolling blackouts.
We see uncertainty, fear, hopelessness caused by lack of employment.
We see humiliation caused by poverty, poor infrastructure, and greed.
We see despair as people lose hope in their leaders and those in who’s care, employ, they’ve been entrusted.
In the same way Sunbury had its fair share of uncertainty, and challenges.
